Villa Roca Verde perfectly combines the relaxed Mallorcan style with a Scandinavian influence. The villa offers a large open-plan living room with a separate living area and an impressive designer fireplace. The elegant dining room is located next to a fully equipped modern kitchen with views of the well-maintained garden. Villa Roca Verde offers four spacious and bright bedrooms; three of them have queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom offers two comfortable bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms: the first is en-suite, with a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a double sink; the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a double sink. Additionally, there is an independent toilet.
Among other amenities, the villa offers air conditioning in the living room, as well as individual units in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and crockery one could dream of.
