The space
Located in a strategic position in order to easily reach the nearby resorts of Sorrento, Pompei, Capri, Positano and Amalfi this picturesque small village offers a large selection of restaurants, pubs, bars and pizzerias; furthermore, in Sant’Agata you find grocery shops, supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers as well as a bank and the post office.
Villa Elide disposes of plenty of outdoor space both on the front and the back of the house; both terraces are paved and equipped with chairs, tables, and a wooden gazebo extremely useful to enjoy outdoor dinners or a barbecue; a small swimming pool is there together with a couple of sun loungers and an umbrella.

Villa Elide has a main body which develops all in one floor; by the entrance there is a spacious living area with a round wooden dining table with chairs, sofas, satellite television, a stereo and a piano.
