Positive: (1) Its location - the streets right outside the hotel are lined with restaurants of different cruisines, convenient stores and 2 big shopping malls within 5 min walk (Mewe & Aeon). There are bigger shopping malls within 20 min drive (Ario, seiyu etc). We were really spoiled for choices even on new year days. It is a good location to access Mt fuji & hakone areas for day trips and less expensive with ample convenience around (2) Big spacious rooms and great value for money with authentic Japanese breakfast included! They even provide a humidifer in each room - very useful in cold winter days (3) Its parking garage is convenient and easy to park with ample lots. There was always a friendly attendant there even if we came back to hotel in wee hours

Negative: (1) As we are foreigners, the self-check in machine did not recognise our booking initially. We need help from the hotel staff who spoke limited English. (2) We booked 2 family rooms - each with a maximum capacity of 4 pax for our family of 5 people. But the booking.com & hotel system auto distributed our headcount to 4 in 1 room and 1 in another room. There was confusion at checking in and we had to rearrange some toiletries supply and room keys. Please look into this.
