This pretty villa is located in the countryside of Pollensa, it is within walking distance of the picturesque old town of Pollensa where you can find a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is spacious and nicely furnished, the exterior offers a large garden and sun terrace as well the roman style swimming pool. There is a large covered terrace and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dinning as it has a large wooden table with chairs. The interior is spacious and traditional, upon entering there is an entrance hall which takes us to the lounge dinning area which has access to the outdoor terrace. There is a separate kitchen totally equipped with all necessary in a holiday villa. Next ton the kitchen there is a utility room and a wc. There is also a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A stairs leads up to the upper floor where we can locate the rest of the bedrooms, they comprise of one twin bedroom also en suite, another twin and a further separate bathroom.
