Summary: The rooms were good, clean and comfortable. The room service was limited and useless. Wasn’t the quality of the amount we paid for the room. There were no options for vegetarian, vegan or Muslim-friendly guests and when we asked for something we had to order things a day earlier as if it’s a one star hotel. Not professional or luxurious at all. The lady at the reception wasn’t helpful and didn’t explain anything related to getting tickets to park and just gave us the early passes. Not everybody understands the Japanese strange ticket system. We thought staying five days in the main hotel at Disney would have better service. Felt like going to a bed and breakfast. Don’t recommend it at all. Also the early park access was useless, because everyone in the park had it so we wasn’t our morning standing in line. The next day we just decided to go after the crowd was minimal. There was loud music from the station until 11pm which was very hard to sleep as it was warm and we had to leave the windows open. The worst experience. We had to have all our meals in ekspiari.
