Located in a quiet cul de sac, this lovely newly renovated home is constantly maintained and improved and provides high quality accommodation and outstanding views from the covered terrace, sun terraces and the roof terrace to the sea on the south coast at Binibeca and Cala Torret. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a good breeze from the sea most days.
This compact property is ideally suited to two couples or a family with 2 to 3 children. (There are two double bedrooms and a bunk room / study).
The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk downhill to the coast and to the safe and sandy Binibeca beach with the iconic Los Bucaneros Beach Bar serving tapas, meals and drinks throughout the day. The swimming and snorkeling from here is excellent. En route to the beach is the marina at Cala Torret and the popular Bar Paupa and Binibeca Diving. Kayaks and Paddle Boards can be hired from the cove at Cala Torret in front of the villa.
Whether in the open plan living space, the kitchen, the covered terrace or sun terraces, it’s hard to escape the captivating views of the Mediterranean. Its elevated position means that the property also benefits from a steady sea breeze on most days.
