Summary: The room was very comfortable. We booked through hotels.com last minute and so therefore wasn't able to secure the dinner or breakfast meal, so if you do book through hotels.com, call them to try and book the meals. The public onsen was nice. For the men there was an indoor and outdoor onsen, with plenty of lotion and products for after you get out. The room we had was very nice! The beds were big and the room was very large. The private onsen was great on the balcony. We were also able to book a 30 minute massage in room. The staff were great!
