Summary: Good location. Most of the attractions in the city are just 5 to 10 mins drive away from the house. The Lawson store is just opposite. The house is sizeable and have 4 beds, can stay up to 8 ppl but need a good time management for the single toilet and bathroom. One minor thing is that the house is at the traffic junction, not much cars at night but the traffic noise wake me up at around 6:30 in the morning. Able to go back for sleep but definitely a disturbance.
