Villa de Amigos is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The town is ideal for families, with a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops, all within walking distance from the property. The wonderful beach with crystal clear waters can be accessed via road or steps and also offers two beach bars serving local tapas and drinks. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is available from the resort and a daily bus service runs between Calan Porter and Mahon during the summer months.
Located at the end of a quiet road, Villa de Amigos is private and tranquil. The outdoor dining area, with table, chairs and stone barbecue, can be accessed directly from the lounge and is shaded under an awning. The swimming pool (7m x 3m) and jacuzzi are surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade.
