This Stunning Villa is set in a beautiful countryside setting, in a coconut plantation. Privacy seems to be very important to our customers. The Villa is surrounded by a high wall (not overlooked by anyone, or property). A Gated secure electronic main entrance. Situated only 12 kil. from central Pattaya, with a direct motorway link into town. The motorway is only 2 kil. From the Villa.
The property has 4 large bedrooms, all have on suite facilities, and all have air-cons & overhead fans. The lounge has 2 air-con units, Sat T.V.Blue Ray DVD New is a Play-Station 4 + 6 games for playing.Plus children’s games. The property has an alarm system.
There is an outside sitting area, for watching TV and Karaoke and eating & drinking, in the Sala bar. Also has a Beer bar with music a centre supplying surround sound music system. Also, a new Full-size pool Table/ Snooker, FREE for our customers to use! Pus a new, football table for customers entertainment.
4 Sunbeds are provided by the swimming pool including a large umbrella for shade. The swimming pool is the main feature of the garden; it is very large 12mts x 8mts, having a shallow area approx. 3-foot deep 5x7 mts(For children).The pool has a circular Jacuzzi, with a sunshade over. A 12ft. waterfall cascades, into the swimming pool.
At night time the garden is illuminated automatically with lights highlighting lovely foliage and the swimming pool has LCD lighting underwater, and a swim up bar top with stools sunk into the water. There is also an outdoor toilet, changing room, and a heated water shower.
There are 2 BBQ units 1 Gas & 1 Charcoal (Free)
Inside the property the Kitchen is a very modern American style, a very spacious room, with all white goods supplied, oven: Gas hob: Fridge Freezer: Microwave: Washing Machine: Cool drinking water machine. (free) Hot water for coffee/ or Tea (Free) A cooling wall fan unit, and a breakfast bar.
Smoking is permitted in the garden & Beer Bar area.
