Positive: very friendly staff. great location, close to subway stop and walkable distance to osaka station the reception has a lot of different shampoo and conditioners for you to try out

Negative: we specifically booked this hotel because it had air conditioning. however, we were informed that it isn't switched on during April, so the nights were uncomfortablely warm and we struggled to sleep even with the fan they kindly provided not a big issue but there was only one washer dryer so had to wait 2 hours for the person using it to be finished. it's also on a cupboard on the street, not inside the hotel
