The accommodation
On the ground floor there is the living room, an open modern kitchen with all comforts and a dining area as well as a bathroom. In the courtyard you can lie by the pool (there are 6 loungers) or use the covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue.On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom as well as the master bedroom with bathroom en suit. Additional bed would be possible. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The house is not far from Sineu train station, from where you can take the train to the center of Palma in less than an hour. By car you can reach Sineu from the airport or Palma within 30 minutes; it takes around 20 minutes to drive to the beaches in the north such as Can Picafort or Playa de Muro.
