THINGS TO NOTE!!!
The villa is 7 bedroom. We have,4,5,6 and 7 bedroom rates. The Home Away price is based on double occupancy. So If you book for 8 Adults we will open 4 bedrooms. If you book for 11 Adults we will open 5 bedrooms and one extra bed. If you want the whole villa 7 bedrooms and are only 6 people then please book for 14 adults to open all bedrooms.
Children can stay with the parents and we have a baby cot as well.
If you book for 8 and extra guests decide to travel with you after booking. We can also open extra bedrooms. Please inform us so we can properly prepare the villa your arrival.
Please advise us before your arrival if possible so we can have the Villa prepared upon your arrival.
Please Note All reservations booked from 15 November with our new rates now include electricity as below and 1 round trip Airport transfer of 1 minibus with driver.
- Electricity is included up to 200units per day which is plenty with normal usage and turning the AC off when not in the room. Further units are 7 Baht per unit.
we also have large Solar systems on the roof so the electrical usage is quite low.
