The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance (around 5 to 10 minutes on foot). A funicular railway connects the different parts of Cala D'Or. Cala D'Or is a family-friendly holiday resort with 7 beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. The Vall D'Or golf course, the tranquil village of Portocolom, with its enchanting natural harbour, and the natural beach of Cala Mondragó are just a few minutes away by car.

On the ground floor is the living room with brick benches, wonderful sea views, dining area and access to the terrace. Right next to it is the fully equipped, modern kitchen. The living room leads to a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. The bedroom has access to the terrace. An Ibizan-style staircase leads from the living area to the first floor, where there is another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The house has an inner courtyard from which three further bedrooms lead off: A children's bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed and a small en suite bathroom. Another bedroom with a double bed and adjoining bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
Villa Granada has air conditioning in all bedrooms which runs on a timer and has set operating times.
