Villa Albaladejo is very well located in a very quiet residential neighborhood in the town of Jesús. Just a few minutes from the Talamanca and s'Espanyol beaches, from Marina Botafoch, Ibiza Nueva, the port of Ibiza and Ibiza center.
The villa has 4 double rooms on one floor, for a total of 190m2 built plus 80m2 of terrace and porch. The house is located on a 1000m2 land, landscaped and fenced. The spaces are wide and very comfortable, decorated with very good taste. Living room and dining room form a single space where we find a comfortable large sofa, a table with capacity for 8 people and a piano.
The kitchen is very spacious, practical and fully equipped.
The huge outdoor porch will undoubtedly be one of the preferred spaces where we can take refuge from the summer heat. In it we have a long table for 8 people and a large outdoor sofa with a table in the center. Next, the terrace leads us to the pleasant pool, in which we will not be able to avoid diving. Around the pool we will find hammocks, umbrellas and a beautiful Balinese bed.
Villa Albaladejo is ideal for a quiet and relaxed holiday, but at the same time close to shops, restaurants, beaches and Ibiza Town. Recommended both for families and groups of friends.
