Summary: the building is older, and on the last 36 hours of our trip they where doing heavy work inside the room and that woke us up at a time i would consider kinda early. it is a no frills hotel so dont expect western amount of aminenities like a pool, but the staff is friendly and helpful. They do have a coin laundry which makes it nice when planning a trip meaning you can pack lite and wash as you go. Also the property is close to pubs so if your a night owl amd want to get a taste of local night life its an ideal location. and it is walking distance to akihabara. Overall i would give it a 5/5 rating, barring the minor problem at the end.
