Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s very clean and modern, while still beautifully preserving its Japanese style and atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. Both breakfast and dinner were abundant and absolutely scrumptious.

Negative: While the stay had its positives, there were some disappointing aspects. Some of the pictures did not accurately reflect reality. For example, the indoor onsen was much smaller than expected, and the view shown for that specific room did not match the actual view. The area around the in-room onsen appeared spacious in the photos, but in reality it felt quite tight and cramped. Additionally, there may have been a loss in translation, but I do not recall the front desk asking for my dinner preference. I was only given the reservation time. Although the shabu-shabu was delicious, I later learned there were other options available, such as sukiyaki and another dish, which I would have liked to choose from.
