Traditional and modern mallorquin beach house - Touristic License ETV6973, full equiped, internet, aircondition (cold / warm) 4 bedrooms (2 studios with own bathroom), 3 terraces, 4 bathrooms, approx. 120m from the beach, max. 6adults + 2children under 10 years, Sat Tv, safe, etc.(Please read to the end of this page, thank you). The electricity will be charged at 0. 28Euros / Kwh on the end. Respecting the Balearic Islands local laws, you only rent the house with its items, other extra services can not be offered by the owner, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1. 10Euros (low season) and 2. 20Euros (high season) / per night called tourist tax. Both concepts will be charged at check out payable in cash.
This is a really quiet and nice neighborhood, so that the guest should not have any noise during the night hours. No loud music allowed. No pets or other animals are allowed. Non smoking inside the house, on the balcony as well as on the terraces it is allowed.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood in one of the top location of Can Picafort. But all facilities, services, port and best beaches of Mallorca, like Playa de Muro, Playa de Alcudia, Son Real or Capellans are next by (see pothos), to enjoy your stay, see all services and facilities on the map of this page .
You have full access to the whole house, only the garage is private (not included), private storage used by the owner with an independent access.
Calm and quiet neighborhood, but near to all facilites and services like shops, restaurants, bars, take away or bakery are at walking distance. Public park space.
The house is situated in Can Picafort, Magallanes 26 Street, approx. 65km from the Son San Joan airport (Palma de Mallorca), hire car, private transfer or taxi is the best way to get the house but also the public bus would be an option, if you need help please contact me.
The public bus station is only 50m from the house. Also the "road train" station is in the same place Which is used to move in Can Picaforts resort.
