Positive: The location was excellent, just a couple minute walk from Tottori Station. The parking lot was small, but there are affordable parking lots nearby, so it wasn't too much of an issue. The breakfast wasn't very impressive in terms of options as it is mainly onigiri, but they were actually very good, so we were satisfied with that. And the breakfast is complimentary. They also have a free coffee service until midnight, which is nice. The room was clean and the price was one of the best in the area at the time we booked the hotel.

Negative: The beds were very hard and not the most comfortable. The walls are also incredibly thin. We were on the second floor and could hear things being shifted around in the lobby in preparation for the breakfast service early in the morning. There was also a strange noise coming from the room next us that sounded like something being scraped on the wall. I could also hear someone snoring in another room late at night. I think it would be great if the rooms were a bit more sound proof.

Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was affordable and the breakfast was decent.
