Positive: Our stay at Hoshino Tomamu - The Village Alpha was truly amazing! We were a group of three and stayed in this standalone two-story family suite. The space was very spacious and comfortable—we never felt cramped at all. Important Note: This is not a hotel, but the host was extremely thoughtful, kind, and quick to respond. It's essential to contact the host through the platform before check-in. The host provided all the necessary information clearly, which made us feel very at ease. The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and stylish interior. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware, making it very convenient to cook our own meals. Transportation was more convenient than we expected: We departed from New Chitose Airport and bought round-trip limited express train tickets at the foreign ticket counter on B1. We transferred at Minami-Chitose Station and arrived smoothly at Tomamu Station. As soon as we got off the train, we saw the Hoshino resort shuttle bus waiting. After telling the staff we were headed to "The Village Alpha," they guided us to the correct bus. The whole process was very smooth. This place is perfect for both families and groups of friends. Whether it’s skiing in the winter or escaping the heat in the summer, it’s an ideal spot. We were all very satisfied with our stay and definitely plan to come back again!
