This is a 3-bedroom Pool Villa with a bright, Scandinavian touch comes with a large living space with a SMART TV and a big sofa, a stylish kitchen, a small lawn, a parking spot, and of course, a private pool in the premise. All rooms are equipped with A/C including 2 large A/C on the ground floor. Steps away from, 7-Eleven, markets, and local restaurants. 5 min drive to the heart of Aonang Beach and 20 min from Krabi airport.
Welcome to our cozy house. You will experience a comfortable stay in a spacious, air-conditioned living room which is openly connected to the dining area and Scandinavian-style kitchen. 2 large A/C units on the ground floor. The living room has a big comfy L-Shaped couch facing a SMART TV with satellite channels. 1 full bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with air-conditioners which 2 en-suite bathrooms, one of which has
a counter with 2 wash basins and a bathtub, the other one comes with a rain shower head and hot water is powered by a solar-electricity hybrid system.
This kitchen includes all basic cooking utensils, with a large refrigerator. The large, microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, water kettle and a coffee maker. Granite cooking top provides plenty of room for you to prepare a great family meal. The hallway opens from the dining area to the private 2.2 m x 7 m. swimming pool. The filter system is set to an automatic mode.
We have an outdoor sitting set on the ground floor and a large balcony from the master bedroom, a small garden, a swimming pool, and a parking spot if you rent a car.
Hi-Speed Wifi throughout the place :) Hot-water with a hybrid system of solar thermal and electricity for saving the environment.

You will have access to the entire house:
- Indoor living with A/C, large open living space and kitchen, and outdoor living with a private pool, and sitting area
- 3 bedrooms: 1 master with a king-sized bed and 1 sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-sized bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
- 3 bathrooms: 1 with a bathtub and 2 with rain showers

The neighborhood:
The house is located in Poonsiri Villa Garden, which is located in Klong Haeng, a small local Muslim neighborhood close to Nopparathara beach and Aonang Beach. At the entrance of the housing project, there is a 7-Eleven, around the area, there are plenty of local restaurants, cheap eats and local food markets that you can buy fresh ingredients and seafood to cook your delicious meal. (Food market opposite the mosque is happening on Thursday while the one near "King Cobra Show" is on Saturday.
Tuk Tuks/Taxi can be found on the main road. You can either wait in front of 7-Eleven or turn right and walk toward the mosque, there is a taxi/tuk-tuk station near Burger Bung Restaurant.
Since the area is a Muslim residential area, the mosque is the center of the village and there will be prayers on speakers 5 times a day.
Getting Around:
The most convenient for you is to rent a car or a scooter for easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. A car can be rented from the airport and the scooter from some renters near the mosque or plenty in Aonang.
The local bus is right outside the house, on the main road. Easy access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. A few minutes away from Ao Nang beach and Nopparathara beach.
You will have access to friendly, reliable tuk-tuk service. Tuk-Tuk contact information is provided in the house and the directions to the house are written in Thai, so you can give the card to any taxi. Also, if you'd like to book a taxi to pick you up from the house's door, let me know on Airbnb message and allow 10-15 mins for the taxi to arrive :)
