Positive: The location of the hotel and how everyone does their best to make guests feel important / pampered. That training and attention to details is what makes RC a brand. I believe most guests pick RC for this reason.

Negative: The excessive use of air freshener. Having spent an extended time in Japan eating at traditional restaurants, like counter nigiri and kaiseki restaurants, we stopped wearing perfumes and tuned our sense of smell back to normal. So getting hit by the excessive air fresheners in the public space in the hotel was a little too much. Maybe the housekeeping manager should take note. Air fresheners use is the same as perfume, the user will get used to the smell but not others are exposed to this the first time. It was excessive and uncomfortable.

Summary: The brand of the hotel is well known but for a little detail... *achoo!*
