Summary: Good accomodation for price. Friendly staff. Some other have complained about noise from trian track. I'm not sure if we were lucky with our room but it really wasn't bad for us. Easy to get to from Hakata station and walkable to central Fukuoka. Surprisingly good breakfast!!
