Summary: Great location in Dotonburi, a short walk from the local metro station and also to the Dotonburi canal. The room did have basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo. A kettle was provided but no tea or coffee. What was a shame. Upon check-in the room had a strong musty smell which upon further inspection, it appeared some damp was forming in the top corner of the room. Not ideal. The smell did eventually disappear but on my final morning checking out, the clothes I had hung up to wear, were damp upon putting them on. Rooms are also poorly insulated in terms of noise. You can hear everything going on in the hotel corridors and also in the rooms above.
