Positive: The location is very good--very close to the station and an easy walk to Enoshima and beaches. It was easy to check in and out using the lock box. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the rooms had good lighting. The kitchen and bathroom were fairly clean, and there were plenty of dishes, cups, and cutlery.

Negative: The AC units in the living room and adjacent bedroom never warmed the rooms, even when the temperature was raised to 30 degrees (at home we keep our AC at 20-22 in winter and it's always plenty warm). The AC unit in the bedroom was visibly dirty and sounded really loud; the one in the bedroom had the yellow "クリン” light on, so maybe it was not clean. In any case, it never warmed the room at all. In the second bedroom, the AC didn't heat up the room at all, either. There was only one trashcan--in the kitchen. It would be good to have a trashcan in every room, including the bathroom and toilet. There was one box of tissues for the apartment and one spare roll of TP--it would be good to have more. There were also no paper towels or cleaning rags in the kitchen. The pans in the kitchen were not in good condition, and there was no drainer to hold dishes after washing them (we had to leave them drying on bath towels). It would also have been nice if there were some soap for the washing machine. Finally, there were dirty finger prints on most of the door handles, light switches, and face prints on the windows, so the overall impression was slightly unhygienic.
