Positive: Private onsen outside! Super clean and renovated house but keeps very traditiona vibes! The sleeping area was perfect, (note : the seapariting walls were in the classic Japanese thin buld, ). The big windows in the corridor have direct view on yufuin and the valley below! Toilets were super clean with 2 separate WC. We were only 4 persons but I reckon you could have a comfy stay for up to 8 people. We came by car Nd the parking was right outside. Small note for the owner : would be great to have indication on the recommended road to take when arriving by car. Google map can be weird at times and it sent us in a very narrow and steep road (almost scratched the car). Later we figured out the correct access. My Apologies if you shared it and i did not notice.
