This beautiful chalet is located in a quiet street of Cala Llombards. It is nevertheless centrally located to the small infrastructure of the resort and only 10 minutes walk from the beach. The house offers on 2 levels on approx. 160 square meters 6 to 7 persons (7 person baby) place and is divided as follows:
- 3 bedrooms: 2 upstairs (1 double bedroom and the 2nd bedroom). Bedroom with a nice bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds around ground floor. All bedrooms have large wardrobes
- large kitchen with 4 gas cookers / electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, washing machine, etc.
- without dishwasher-
- 2 modern shower baths with generous shower and flat entrance,
- open and very comfortable living-dining area with SAT-TV, W-LAN, electric fireplace and wood-burning stove.
The house is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and beach towels. In the living area there is a climate converter. The large pool (about 4 x 8 m) and the terraces in the outdoor area invite you to linger. A covered terrace with a cozy dining area is adjacent to the pool terrace. At the pool there is a small covered shade, beach chairs and cozy chairs. There is a parking lot directly opposite the house.
For an enjoyable evening outdoors, there is an outside grill. In the colder season there is a climate converter in the living area and a wood stove available. This house is available for rent from April to mid November.
The house has an apartment on the ground floor with a completely separate entrance, which is used by the owners.
