This condo is one of 20 vacation rental condos built around a large swimming pool (no pool access October 15-March 31). Surrounding the pool area are lots of trees, ideal for picnics and relaxation.
A large BBQ grill is provided close to the pool. The beach is just a short walk away. The community entrance requires a special access card — 2 cards are provided with a $50 refundable deposit per card. Towels are not included — please bring all needed towels.
Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
