The best Kata ocean view with a massive swimming pool with lounge chairs to sit back and enjoy.
Upon entering the house you will be welcomed into the living room and dining area, which are spacious and have a sea view balcony. The living room couches are large and comfortable, to enjoy movies in the flat-screen TV hanging over the wall.
The fully equipped western style kitchen, including the fridge, oven and microwave will let you cook and make you feel at home. There is a washroom on this floor as well.
On the first floor the master bedroom features a king-size bed with a private sea view balcony, the bathroom is ensuite and the jacuzzi bathtub overlooks the ocean, this bathroom has a separate enclosed shower. The master bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD.
On the same floor 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and closets, these 2 bedrooms have small private balconies and share a bathroom with shower.
All the rooms have closets with hangers and every room in the house has air conditioner units.
On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom with a walk in shower, a lounge room with 2 sofas and large tv can sleep 2 more people, there is also a washing machine for your convenience and a rooftop terrace.
We recommend renting motorbikes or cars in advance as the location is not suitable for walking to the beach.
Electric usage 50 kW/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water will be charged 30 baht per unit (1000 liters)
The swimming pool is shared. Cleaning during the stay is not included in the price, if required please book the service in advance (at least 48 hours). The cost is 2400 baht per time.
Late check-in is available on request.
