This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom villa is situated directly on an extraordinarily quiet stretch of beach on Koh Chang's beautiful and serene East Side. The property features a large swimming pool with a waterfall, as well as a smaller, more shallow children's pool. Numerous lounge and deck chairs provide sun-seekers with comfortable seating pool-side, or enjoy the view in cool comfort from the expansive shaded front porch. In the front garden, at the edge of the sea, is a quiet and secluded lounging sala with table and chairs - the perfect venue for reading, relaxing or watching children on the beach. The main house boasts a fully appointed chef's kitchen with Electrolux appliances and a lengthy dining island for large groups who wish to gather around one table. Bedrooms feature Sealy Posturpedic queen sized beds in all three ground-level master bedrooms, and two twin beds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. Vaulted ceilings in the main living area give the home a light, airy and incredibly spacious feel. Large picture windows throughout offer stunning views of the sea and gardens. The house is air-conditioned and humidity controlled throughout. A separate guest house behind the main villa provides the perfect amount of separation for a young couple, teenagers or helpers. The guest house features air-conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, living room with comfortable seating for 4, an upstairs bedroom and a full bathroom with large stall shower. WiFi is provided free of charge. We can arrange a private chef, professional in-home masseuse, rental cars, boat trips etc. Baby chair, crib and car seat are available - just ask. Private parking for up to three vehicles is available on site and the entire neighborhood has 24 hour security. It's a very quiet neighbourhood so we do ask that you respect the low noise level - no loud parties please.

We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang only minutes from a left turn off the ferry dock. The excitement of White Sand Beach is only a 15 minute drive away - but solitude and quiet are yours here in Baan Thalay Thai, a secluded residential community of 15 private homes. The neighborhood is visited daily by a fruit and vegetable truck, otherwise you can find small roadside fruit stands, grocery stores and a little further towards White Sand Beach there are petrol stations, 7/11 and a Tesco.
We are more than happy to assist you with rental cars, motor bikes, arrangements for transportation to and from the airport on the mainland, as well as private chef bookings, professional in-home masseuse or boat excursions and other activities. We are located on the east coast of Koh Chang, only minutes from the ferry dock.
