It features real wooden floor all over its surface and extends over 3 floors offering: a lush garden, a pleasant living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful solid wood table to accommodate everyone in the center of the room, an adjoining dining area in the covered terrace overlooking the swimming-pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It may accommodate up to 8 persons. The child-friendly holiday home's amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Just 3 minutes walking and you are directly at the beach of Calo de Sant Antoni and the Nautical Club. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive.
