Ocean front condo with a large terrace just steps away from a secluded beach and also the Las Hadas beach. The condo is located in a well maintained lush tropical complex in the magical Las Hadas zone. The complex is named Condominios Playasol. There is a 24-hour reception office, free parking, onsite restaurant/bar with amazing views, a sparkling clean pool, room service, access to the many great restaurants at the Las Hadas Resort and Marina, and optional maid service.
The condo has a large terrace overlooking the ocean with incredible views. Relax while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The terrace comes with a large concrete table, two lounge chairs, and an umbrella.
The main room has been renovated and has: a fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, granite countertop, 2 burner induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster...newly remodeled bathroom, A/C unit, ceiling fan, king sized bed, full size sofa/futon, smart TV with cable, WIFI/internet, desk/vanity, full size closet, dining table, dresser, and remote-controlled blackout curtains. Also, the curtains, ceiling fan, kitchen light, bedroom light, and terrace light can be controlled by voice commands thru Alexa.
The bonus room is small but has the following: twin bed, AC, smart tv (no cable, only for streaming things like Netflix...), a washer/dryer, and portable chairs for the beach.
Playasol offers resort like amenities. There is a large pool with lounge chairs, restaurant and bar with ocean views, private beach, beach area with palapas, reception area to check in/out, friendly bilingual staff, gym, 24-hour security, free parking, located in the most beautiful and iconic zone in Manzanillo.
