Positive: Clean accessible to metro like 5min walk although far from the city center but we can choose a lot of places to visit near kita kashiwa station. Easy to chat whenever you have any concerns. They have all the equipment and the appliances worked well, lots of towels and beddings all clean.

Negative: No problem at all..
