It uses a solar panels and batteries system to generate electricity and also captures clean countryside rain water to keep water deposits full at all times. Alternatively it has an emergency gasoline power plant just in case. Fridge works with natural gas.
SECURITY: Theres a housekeeper/gardener who lives there in a side little house, part of the property and he is there 24/7 for whatever you need.
