Summary: Everyone was so polite and I love the eco consciousness. The breakfast buffet has great choices. No need to bring pajamas, facial care, q-tips, brush/comb, toothbrush/toothpaste, plus the usual soap and shampoo/conditioner. There are a few washer/dryers on-site but there is also a laundromat across the street if none are available (they even have a dedicated washer for shoes!). I didn’t try it but there are separate onsens on-site (female and male). Very short walk to Ueda station so great location!
