Positive: I liked that the hotel offers a lot of facilities within the property. The room was very spacious, more like an apartment, with a small kitchen, dining area, and an extra room. It is also very close to the beach. However, the hotel is located far from the town centre, so it’s not very convenient for accessing outside facilities.

Negative: The biggest issue was the noise. Many guests behaved inconsiderately - children screaming and running in the hallways, doors slamming, often late at night or very early in the morning when it should be quiet, and even throughout the day. Because of this, we didn’t manage to rest at all. When we arrived, there wasn’t a single roll of toilet paper in the room. We called reception and were told someone would bring it, but no one came because it wasn’t a cleaning day. That is not our problem - in the end we had to go to reception ourselves, where we were given only one roll. For a hotel of this category, this is unacceptable. We also don’t like separate beds in the room, as we expected one double bed. The curtains didn’t cover the entire window, so we had to clip them together to block the light when sleeping and to keep poolside guests from seeing into our room, since we were on a very low floor. In the bathroom, we only had small towels - no large ones for after showering.

Summary: Great facilities and location, but too noisy and poorly prepared room.
