Summary: I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away. If you're coming from the airport, I'd probably take the subway, transferring at hakata from the orange line to the green line. There's only a few escalators to deal with, and once you get to kushida shrine station, exit 6 has an elevator to the street, and then it's maybe a 5 minute walk. Check in process is straightforward. You'll have to pay the Fukuoka accomodation fee separately, but they accept cash or card. The person we spoke to over the iPad spoke very good English too. The only weird thing about this hotel is the carpet in the bed area....it's this weird adhesive carpet tile setup and they're not very well stuck to the floor.
