Positive: Overall, we loved this hotel, but won’t be rushing back. I spent a lot of time looking for a place that was luxury, yet remote to provide my husband and I with much needed peace and clarity. Finca Ratxo is an incredible bit of property. We loved the nature, the environment, the way the property blends with the surrounding landscapes and the pool/spa. The room was also exceptional. The cleaning and turndown service were lovely. On an evening with live music at the garden bar, we could listen from our room which was so special and romantic. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They communicate with guest via WhatsApp for convenience (which I find great!) although we didn’t need to reach out for any reason.

Negative: The food did not meet my expectations of a 5 star property. I agree with other reviews sharing that the property relies on the natural environment for their 5 star rating rather than in the services that are provided.
