FABULOUS GARDEN POOL VILLA FOR FAMILIES | House in Koh Samui

Fabulous garden villa with a large private swimming pool and 4 bedrooms. Laid out on 2 levels, the upper floor offers wonderful views and the garden features a kids playground. The property is very spacious and completely walled in.
Located in a beautiful, idyllic area on the south of Koh Samui, only 10 mins walk to a lovely beach, this spacious house is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends or looking to enjoy holiday time together in or celebrate a special event!
The villa has 4 lovely bedrooms 3 larger ensuite bedrooms and one kids bunk room. It has its own large private swimming pool and very spacious gardens, complete with a BBQ, childrens playground area and large pool deck with multiple options for dining and lounging. It is laid out over two levels and is surrounded by magnificent tropical gardens. The garden is fully walled in, and the property is accessed via a roller gate which can be locked, ensuring your privacy and safety for children. There is a ramp at the main entrance and there is a covered car port along with ample extra space for parking multiple vehicles.
The lower floor of the villa is home to 3 of the bedrooms and the fourth bedroom is on the upper floor. On the lower floor there are 2 Kingsize ensuite bedrooms and the Kids Bunk Room, which is adjoining to one of the Kingsize bedrooms, but also has its own entrance. The bedroom on the upper floor is also a Kingsize ensuite bedroom. All of the Kingsize bedrooms have air-conditioning, free standing fans, flat-screen TVs, a hairdryer and a safe for your valuables.
The lower floor also has an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen, the large apex and a bathroom. The lounge has a range of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV and the kitchen is a fully equipped modern style kitchen which has a floating island, on which the stove is located with an extractor chimney. There are high stools here, so people can sit at the island to dine or keep the chef company! The kitchen has 2 large fridges, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, rice cooker and a blender, as well as being equipped with all the crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you will need if you wish to cater for yourself during your stay here. There is a small round dining table in this room with seating for four and this open plan room has air-conditioning.
Sliding glass doors leading through from the kitchen area bring you into a large apex. There is a large dining table here with seating for 8 guests as well as an office area, a lounge area and a Kids Corner a sure fire hit for the younger guests in your company! The Kids Corner features a range of games and toys for children, as well as soft floor mats and a special kid-sized sofa! There is another bathroom, with a toilet, sink and shower. Two sets of patio doors open wide along one side of this large room leading out to the pool deck. The high ceiling in this room along with the ceiling fans and open-feel help give this room a wonderful light, airy feel.
For larger groups of guests, an additional 2 fold-away beds can be provided, and if preferred this room can be transformed into another ensuite bedroom.
The 10 x 6 metres swimming pool which has a depth of 2 metres, has a spacious deck surrounding it, with a corner lounge seating area, sun beds and chairs. It has lights inside for after sun down and uses a salt water chlorination system which is much kinder on your skin! A few steps from the pool deck lead down to the main garden area with a spacious lawn, beautiful plants and in the corner of the garden you will find the kids playground area which has 3 swings, a chute and a rope climbing frame. There is also an outdoor shower and a charcoal BBQ.
The upper level has a patio which runs 360 degrees around the entire level and the stairs leading up to this level are semi-open. The patio has roof cover but the walls are open, allowing for wonderful breezes and stunning tropical views out to the surrounding land. Up here there is a further large wooden dining table with two benches, an area with a massage bed and there is an exercise bike which guests are free to use.
The friendly and efficient staff will visit your rooms daily, at a time that suits you, to provide a house-keeping service. Bed linens, towels and pool towels are provided and will be changed every 3 days. The staff will be on hand during your stay to assist with any questions you may have and will be very happy to help in any way possible to make sure your holiday is an extra special one!
We try to be as friendly to the environment as we can, and we kindly encourage our guests to do the same. Plastic waste is a terrible problem on Koh Samui just now, so we would ask you during your holiday to please try to help minimise plastic waste and we have done what we can to help along the way! There is a chilled water dispenser machine in the villa and we have provided reusable water bottles for your use. The large tanks of water for this machine are provided free of charge. We have also provided some re-usable shopping bags and a very handy shopping trolley, which we would encourage you to please take with you if you do any grocery shopping on the island. We also have a proper recycling bin system which is very simple and will be explained to you by the Manager on your arrival - and we would ask our guests to kindly use the correct bins provided for your waste.

THE AREA
Our villa is located in a wonderful, quiet area of Koh Samui, which is off the beaten tourist track! If you are looking for a more authentic experience of Koh Samui, then this is a great area to stay! However, at the same time, we are only a short 10-15 minute drive into Lamai (second largest town on the island) and only 20-25 minutes drive from Chaweng (the largest town on the island). Nathon town (which is where the major ferry port is) is also only a 20 minute drive away and is a great spot for shopping at discounted prices!
We are located in an area called Bang Kao, which is on the South of the island. We are very close to Laem Sor beach (you can reach the beach in around 10 minutes walking!) and this is a beautiful, quiet beach with wonderful views out to the small islands of Koh Taen and Koh Mudsum - we can highly recommend a boat trip to visit these stunning islands during your stay.
There are restaurants within walking distance of the villa, and the closest local market and small convenience store are approximately a 10-15 minute walk away. Within a five minute drive you can be in the quaint fishing village of Thong Krut, where there is a variety of bars and restaurants.
Activities close by in the surrounding area include frisbee/disc golf, boat tours, Laem Sor Pagoda, horse riding on the beach, kayaking and ATV adventures, and within a 10 minute drive you can reach magnificent temples, waterfalls, butterfly farms, Paradise Park, Hin Ta Hin Yai and many other great attractions our wonderful island of Koh Samui can offer it's guests.
