Beautiful apartment with AC & Private parking. Located on the first floor with spectacular sea views from the bedroom and the roomy terrace. You will enjoy this spacious family home in a perfect location, just a few yards from the beach and with one of the best sea views in Monterosso.
Nearby is everything Monterosso has to offer - the best beaches (literally across the street), restaurants, coffee/wine bars and food shops etc.
Cleaning and sanitizing/disinfect the rooms throughout the apartment are our priorities.
Wind Rose House has its own private free carpark available for guests, which in this area is a rarity!
All the bedrooms have ceiling fan with remote control.
There is a combined living and dining area, with a door that leads to the large terrace where you'll find outdoor furnishings for relaxing, dining or just enjoying the view of the 5 terre coastline. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. This makes this home an excellent choice for large families or a group of friends. The Master bedroom and the second bedroom have a very large window overlooking the sea front, the beach and the Cinque Terre. In the master bedroom there is a very nice and comfortable Queen size double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can NOT be joined together to create a double bed. In the third bedroom there is a Bunk Bed ideal for Children or teenagers but not for adults. In the house there are two bathrooms, one is a modern bathroom with shower, the other is a half bathroom (with a toilet and sink) complete with washing machine.
The kitchen is conveniently located close to the dining area. It is clean and modern and well equipped including a dishwasher, a kettle, and everything you need to cook in the house.
The interior space is bright, casual and comfortable with a pleasant mix of old and new furnishings, original art and with a nautical feel.
The Guests will have the apartment available exclusively for themselves.
With prices and quotations to be received by email or on request directly upon arrival you can arrange according to availability:
1) Excursions by private boat (max 6 people) to explore and visit the beautiful corners of the coast of Cinqueterre, coves, beaches and even caves where you can also go snorkeling (diving with underwater masks)
2) Wine tasting sessions where you can taste the local white wine (Cinqueterre) with a unique taste, influenced by the sea, and also the famous Sciacchetrà Dessert wine
IMPORTANT:
- Check in between 2 pm and 5.30 pm - Check out by 10.00 am
For Check in after 6.00 pm there is a Late Check in fee of up to €50 to be paid cash upon arrival.
- A "Guest Tax" of €2 x Person (over 12 years old) for the first 3 days of stay. The "Guest Tax" will be collected in cash by the host upon arrival and is paid directly to the Council of Monterosso

The beautiful historic centre of Monterosso with 'carugi' and architecture dating from 1200 AD - 1600 AD is only a 10-minute walk from Windrose House, with a very pleasant walk along the seafront.
ARRIVING - TO GET TO THE HOUSE
If you arrive by train, the Monterosso train station is and easy 5 minute walk down the beach.
If you come by car there is dedicated free private park just by the house.
IMPORTANT:
If you come by car there is a private carpark for a normal standard size car in alternative for large size cars and vans there is large private car park just 2 minutes walking distance where you can park your car for €18- €24 x day
