Four bedrooms, all with access to the covered terrace, and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor. Another bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, with direct access to the spacious pool area with big sunbathing terrace and the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and guest toilet. .
In a short drive of less than 1 kilometre you get to the village Santanyí, a traditional Majorcan town where you will find everything for your daily needs. There are two big supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the popular weekly market takes place. In addition, Santanyí is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or for beach visits. Particularly noteworthy are the beaches of S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards, as well as the beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc located between Colonia Sant Jordi and Sa Ràpita. Also worth a visit are the two enchanting coastal towns of Cala Figuera and Porto Petro. On excursions you can visit the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo or the saltworks located between Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, as well as the convent of Santuari de Sant Salvador at Felanitx, located on a 509 m high mountain, with a fantastic panoramic views over the island.
