Summary: breakfast is provided by a restaurant which isnt part of the hotel. It comes at a fixed cost and it is not possible to just have coffee while sitting in the breakfast area, unless you pay Eur 35. So, if you plan to have breakfast with someone else who takes the buffet for Eur 35, you wont be able to sit with them unless you pay Eur 35 too, even for just a cafe.
