Villa Son Figo boasts modern facilities and an incredible secluded location on a 20,000 m² plot with a lovingly landscaped garden and fantastic panoramic views over the flat section of the south-east coast and across Plà de Mallorca to the Tramuntana mountains. The natural stone house is in typical Mallorcan style and has several terraces, some of which are covered. The largest covered veranda is located in front of the house and has a large dining table on one side and comfortable lounge furniture on the other. From here you can enjoy the marvellous view over the property, the pool and the rural expanse as far as the horizon. The pool, whirlpool and outdoor shower are integrated into a terrace made of natural stone and wood. There are plenty of parasols and sun loungers available for all guests. The shallower children's pool is slightly separated from the rest of the pool so that children can swim and splash around safely. To keep them active, there is a small play area for the children; you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of the terrace. There is also a fixed barbecue for you to prepare delicious fresh delicacies.
The visually appealing natural stone house offers 335 m² of space for a large group of up to 12 people. The living and dining area is bright and open-plan and has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and two dining tables. The wood and stainless steel-look kitchen has all the necessary amenities. A coffee machine, large fridge, oven and microwave at a convenient height as well as a dishwasher are just some of the many features. One of the many floor-to-ceiling wooden windows gives access to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at the long table. Five of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other is a twin room. There are five bathrooms for the total of six bedrooms. Each room throughout the house has individual air conditioning and can also be heated outside the summer season. If you want to enjoy the incredible views over the countryside from above, step out onto the large terrace on the upper floor overlooking the endless expanse of the Mallorcan plain.
