Positive: I mostly liked the color design aesthetic upstairs! I DEFINITELY appreciated the guest manual as it was EXTREMELY helpful and detailed! The location is pretty good as you can walk to various food places and close proximity to the sea wall!

Negative: The biggest issue I found was cleanliness! The top of the a/c units were all really dusty! The washing machine was also very dusty(inside the drum)! Above the washing machine (corner wall) was really dusty! There were SOO many marks and scratches on the walls(upstairs and downstairs)! There were also crumbs of various food on the floor upstairs (between the trash can and microwave)! The blinds in the kitchen were also filled with splatters and dust! The downstairs bathroom reeks of urine! Didn’t use that toilet much at all!! May I suggest a semi-gloss paint on the walls for that will help minimize scuffs and scratches and easier to clean! Also, maybe some waters in the frig (1 per guest), some instant coffee/tea, etc! I felt somewhat uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness in the place and the ants on the lower level! There was also a spider in my bed one night! Fear prevented me from sleeping in that bed! The outside could use a good pressure wash as to add to the cleanliness of the building outside! Lots of mold and moss growing outside the bathroom window! Lastly, there was cat that screamed for hours every night past midnight!! That’s a HUGE problem for a vacation get-away home! This place has GREAT potential if the upkeep stayed above standard!

Summary: My stay would have been phenomenal if the space was really cleaned!
