Positive: Owner was responsive and provided good services. Owner was kind enough to allow early luggage drop-off before the check-in time. The unit is clean with sufficient amenities. Overall my family and I had a pleasant stay.

Negative: The unit has 3-storey with narrow staircase. It's a bit hard to move large luggage to the higher level.
