Located in a quiet area at the end of an alley, our 110 m² house has 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
The 150 m² veranda includes a bar area, a 32 m² swimming pool under a dome, a jacuzzi, a living/dining area, a table football, a charging station
a toilet and a shower.
The garden has a terrace with barbecue and plancha, a large wooden table, a table tennis table and the possibility of parking 3 cars.
