This precious traditional Majorcan house, perfectly adapted to the modern times, is surrounded by an expansive garden with various fruit and olive trees such as lemon trees, orange trees, peach trees and plum trees, from which you will be allowed to gather their fruit depending on the season. The terrace, with stunning views towards Valldemossa village and Sierra de Tramuntana, turns into a beautiful place to relax and spend time with family and friends. In it, you can sunbathe on one of the two sun loungers or on the grass after having a tasty breakfast outdoors or under the sunshade. The property is fenced and is home to numerous acres of lush plant life, a real privilege for nature lovers.
The house combines a wonderful rustic charm with all modern conveniences. Upon entering, you will find a large living room, ideal to relax and chat. Then, you gain access to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic stove to cook your best recipes. On the upper floor, there is a second living room, just perfect to watch the TV or rest. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with bathtub and three dormitories, all of them with two single beds, wardrobe, a fan and a radiator. Take into account that one of the bedrooms have access from the distributor or from another of the rooms. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Valldemossa is an absolutely charming village. It is one of those towns that nobody who visits the island can not miss. Its narrow stone streets lined with balconies with plants, flowerpots and flowers are an idyllic place to go for a walk. Then, its coffees and craft shops make it even more special. And, of course, we can not forget their mythical potato cocas. In this area there are some beaches of rock or small stone with crystal-clear waters that are worth visiting, such as the Port of Valldemossa, Cala Deià, Port des Canonge or Llucalcari.
Take into account that is strictly forbidden to light fires. The barbecue cannot be used.
