The house is located in this natural staggered area, is distributed in several levels, entering living room with SAT TV and Wifi Internet, to the right a bedroom with two single beds, down a couple of steps a landing with sofa and a bathroom with bath, on this level a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower, down four steps the third bedroom with double bed.
Entering the house on the left we find a distributor that accesses the kitchen open to another dining room and rear exit to another terrace, a bathroom with shower, down a few steps a bedroom with 2 single beds. From the dining room a staircase leads up to the last bedroom with double bed.
The whole house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and heating and Wifi internet.
Outside gardens with native plants, and swimming pool surrounded by solarium terrace, plus a nice porch and on the ground there are many corners where you can relax to read a good book.
In the surroundings we recommend visiting the caves of Campanet and the Fonts Ufanes, which sprout in some seasons of the year and the hermitage of San Miguel, dating from the thirteenth century.
Ten minutes by car is the golf course of Pollensa and fifteen minutes by car the beaches of the Bay of Alcudia and the Bay of Pollensa.
