It has capacity for 10 people.The exteriors of the house are very beautiful, highlighting a 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m which is accompanied by 10 sun loungers, 1 fully equipped terrace with table and chairs, and a great barbecue. If what you want is to have a drink with views of the town and the mountains, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The property is fenced and there are close neighboursThe 2-story home features a modern style punctuated with wonderful traditional details here and there. The living-dining room is very cozy and offers a sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The house has another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, with ceramic hob and separated from the living room by a large window, is fully equipped. In the inner courtyard area you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 4 with twin beds, all of them equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, except one that has a bathtub, and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and the rest are on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
