Summary: Our room was tiny and very much in need of an update. It was dark, the windows had piles of spiders outside them, so although it was quite hot in the room we were NOT opening the windows - need screens!! The bathroom was a ‘step up’ which was a bit awkward in the middle of the night, and the TV was very small. Nowhere to sit in the room comfortably to watch TV - only on the bed, wedged up with pillows. Not so comfy. The carpets were dirty, the hallways needed a fresh coat of paint, there were plastic plants all over, and flashing disco lights on the ceiling of the lobby area. They did offer a pre-dinner drink, which was nice, but because the hotel did not seem clean, we chose not to eat dinner there. The breakfast buffet was very lacklustre - there was a lot of variety but it was not great quality. We tasted many things they offered, but in the end just stuck to the yogurt and canned fruit in a bowl. They do need to up their game. One of 2 massage chairs was broken - only one half of the chair worked - and it actually was really painful - if it is broken, either fix it or remove it. The coffee in the morning was good, and the sunrise view was SPECTACULAR!
